Which guideline is used to define an airborne germ measurement on the filter in CSSDs and cytostatics?
We are not aware of any guidelines. Theoretically, no germs can be found after a leak-tested HEPA filter in accordance with EN 1822. The germ determination takes place at working height in the room.
