CG nets (laminarizers)
Description
Patient safety through verified CG networks
Your operating theater is optimally equipped. The TAV drape and the associated CG mesh (laminarizer) form a seamless protection zone on and around your operating table.
But! Tears, holes, blood splashes or sagging nets can destroy this safe protection zone, as such damage impairs the hygiene protection zone and creates massive airflow changes (e.g. air rolls). As a result, airborne germs can flow back from the floor area to the operating field and thus have life-threatening consequences for the patient.
Adhesive tapes are taboo, as are false nets
The first step is often to repair it yourself. But what is intended as a first aid measure unfortunately often remains a solution for months and can have fatal consequences. CG network damage must therefore be repaired promptly and by a specialist. We are already the first port of call for many hospitals when it comes to the rapid and professional repair of CG meshes. Our experts make sure that the correct type of mesh is used and then check the outflow properties of the laminarisator. Only then will your OR be as perfect as it should be.
