We deliver the system to you and put it into operation.
With a system qualification adapted to the requirements (filter leakage test, particle measurement, flow visualization, etc.), you receive proof of compliance with the standard in the form of a measurement protocol.
We check your system for functionality and damage. The value of the system is then determined and a sales price set.
We advertise the products on reinraumbörse.at. Once a buyer has been found, we pass the products on to them and sell them.
Preparation
We collect the appliance from you, repair damaged system parts and carry out a complete cleaning or disinfection.
We then insert new filter elements if necessary and carry out a factory test.
We resell the device and you then receive the agreed price.

Description:
The CleanFlowCell cleanroom cabin is a mobile and modular cleanroom system. It consists of aluminum cleanroom profiles (50/50mm) closed on all sides as a support frame for holding the clean air module and for attaching the curtains. PVC curtains are fitted on all sides to separate it from the outside environment. Two sides and the separation of the clean room airlocks are fitted with PVC slats. Two outer sides have a sliding PVC film curtain.
The cleanroom cabin is divided into three areas:
- Personnel airlock
- Material airlock
- Clean room area
It has an ultra-clean air module with pre-filter and ULPA15 main filter element, centered in the cleanroom area. This creates an ISO class 8 cleanroom environment in the cleanroom area. The cleanroom cabin has a control panel with a service light, a button for controlling the lighting and a button for controlling the clean air module.
A test gas feed point is installed for carrying out filter leak tests.
The system feet are adjustable and can be screwed to the floor for fastening.
Condition: The cabin is in good condition for its age. Signs of use are present. The lighting as well as the clean air module and the buttons function without restrictions. The PVC curtain has become slightly matt due to cleaning and disinfection work.
